Laser sealing welder is a non-contact welding process that only requires access to the welding area from one side of the components. During laser welding, the concentrated laser beam rapidly increases the material temperature, typically within milliseconds. Laser welding can achieve three types of welds: conduction welding, conduction/keyhole welding, and keyhole welding. Conduction welding operates at lower energy levels, forming wide and shallow weld nuggets. Conduction/keyhole welding uses moderate energy density, resulting in deeper weld nuggets. Keyhole welding requires direct energy injection into the material to form deep and narrow weld nuggets. Optional configurations such as vacuum heating chambers and discharge chambers are available based on customer requirements.
Ovens and Transfer Chambers
1. Package and Lid: Both sides are equipped with ovens and transition chambers, which support various packages and lids. (For specific dimensions, refer to the customer's tray fixture diagram in the attachment).
2. Oven Temperature Setting Range: Room temperature to 200°C, with an actual temperature deviation of ±5°C (based on nine-point temperature measurement results); the minimum unit for baking time setting is 1 minute; heating rate >1.5°C/min; supports both vacuum and nitrogen purging baking modes; allows independent setting of time and cycles for different modes during the baking stage, with free combination of modes.
3. Features automatic locking of the oven door during baking and interlocking between inner and outer doors, with automatic opening of the glove box door connected to the oven after baking. Prevents accidental operation from connecting the glove box to the atmosphere.
4. The oven must have excellent internal and external thermal insulation, with an external contact temperature ≤45°C.
5. The glove box is equipped with anti-static gloves to meet ESD requirements.
Sealing Process Control
1. Utilizes a four-axis联动 worktable capable of automatic welding, including spot welding, straight-line welding, closed-curve welding, and circumferential welding.
2. The glove box features dew point detection and oxygen concentration detection functions, with a dew point value <-60°C. Supports independent control of nitrogen flow for each chamber.
3. Provides real-time dynamic monitoring and alerts for critical production steps (e.g., time, quantity, sealing parameters such as pulse width, frequency, welding speed, mode, and sequence selection);
Alerts for abnormal conditions during production, including error location and correction prompts.
4. Equipped with CCD functionality, using a CCD camera to monitor the welding process.
Product Protection

Programs and Permissions
1. Supports the creation, modification, saving, and calling of different product information (welding process parameters).
2. Features hierarchical permission management, such as operator permissions, equipment engineer permissions, and administrator permissions.
3. Open communication ports enable real-time connection with production management systems (e.g., MES systems), allowing real-time feedback of production and process data (e.g., production quantity, unit production time, current process parameters). The client must provide MES interface data before shipment.
Maintenance and Servicing
1. Both the baking oven and transfer chamber, as well as the glove box, can be fully opened on both sides for easy maintenance and servicing.
2. Internal wiring is standardized, with complete and clear labeling for easy inspection.
